Lovelyfest Tabletop Rentals

If you're a Lovelyfest bride, you know that about 90% of the fun decor and beautiful objects at your wedding came straight from our inventory. We have an extensive collection of carefully curated items that we love to use at all of our weddings.

Because each wedding is unique to the couple, we don't like to use our items in the same way at every wedding. We are constantly adding to our inventory, but for now our favorite items include our gold candlesticks, our vintage water goblets, wine glasses and champagne coupes, and our gold flatware (both modern and ornate), all pictured below.

We recently had the opportunity to showcase some of our rentals in a styled shoot with some amazing wedding vendors here in the central coast. Kelsey of A Lovely Creative designed a shoot at Greengate Ranch that turned out just beautifully, as seen in the first photo above.

Some of the tabletop rentals Kelsey used were our water, wine, and champagne coupes, our teak and gold flatware, and our wood chargers. We love how this shoot turned out and can't wait for brides to be inspired! All the dreamy photos are by Jen Rodriguez and the full album can be seen on Magnolia Rouge.

Collaborations Across the Central Coast

We are so fortunate to live amongst so many talented wedding vendors here in the central coast of california. There are photographers, planners, designers, florists, and wedding vendors galore, and we love collaborating with as many as we can!

Our vendor friend, Kelsey, of A Lovely Creative, asked to use our tabletop goods for two photoshoots earlier this year, each at gorgeous venues with incredibly talented photographers- what could be better?

These first photos above are from a shoot at Greengate Ranch (a venue close to our hearts!) with photographer Jen Rodriguez. Our vintage glassware, wood chargers, crystal salt cellars, and teak & brass flatware look perfect on the dining table amidst Wilder floral co.'s gorgeous blooms. We are overjoyed with the photos we got back from this shoot, and can't wait to share more once the feature goes live! We really can't get enough of that horse, either. Such a beauty!

The next styled shoot, pictured above, was photographed by Cameron Ingalls out at the Justin Winery in Paso Robles, California. It looks like a french chateau and lends a romantic, european vibe to any event. We are more than obsessed with this centerpiece by the talented and local florist, April Flowers, and are fortunate to have our tabletop goods among the beauty!

Pictured here is our ornate gold flatware, gold chargers, crystal champagne coupes, and gold-rimmed wine glasses. All available to rent for up to 200 guests! And that beautiful calligraphy is done by Rosey Calligraphy (on the mini cakes, too!).

So thank you to all our vendor friends across the central coast. None of this beauty would be possible without everyone's constant collaboration and endless creativity.

Wedding Weekend: Palm Springs!

This past weekend at Sand Acre Estate in Palm Springs was absolutely magical! We planned and designed a gorgeous affair for our bride and groom, and the bride described it as "better than she imagined." After months and months of vendor coordination, multiple design boards, and endless checklists, those four words were just what we wanted to hear!

The lovely sweetheart table where we re-used the ceremony backdrop!

In case you didn't read our last blog post, the theme of the wedding was based around travel and the vibe was boho Palm Springs. These two are avid travelers, so globes, airplanes, and table names based on their honeymoon destinations were all part of their wedding design.

Here are some photos we took on our iPhones during the setup of the ceremony!

And next came setup of the reception space! Sand Acre Estate is a gorgeous venue and was such a  fun challenge to make this wedding unique to the couple.

It was about 100 degrees during setup, but that didn't stop us! We kept well hydrated and had great vendors to work alongside with, including Classic Party Rentals, Primary Petals, and Borrowed Blu to name a few! That last photo is of the two of us after we were completely done with setup and ready to start coordinating the wedding.

We can't wait to share all the professional photos that Jessica Castro captured on their big day! We're sure they're going to be just beautiful. Congratulations to the happy bride and groom {who are having a fabulous time on their honeymoon right about now!}
